VIP Aircraft Interior Refurbishment Services

MP Aero provides services by craftsmen of choice for the aviation industry to produce sophisticated aircraft interiors and parts. We operate as an aerospace manufacturing and repair facility complete with in-house upholstery, cabinetry, and finishing departments for aircraft interiors completions.

We provide component fabrication of various interior cabin structures, cabin seating upholstry, paneling, and finishing.

Cabin completion capabilities

Cabin structures:	Full cabin monument construction not limited to galleys, side ledges, vanities, headliners, valances, partitions, tables, credenza cabinet, mounting structures, tie rods etc…
Wood finishing and paint:	In house full wood finishing and paint department.
Composite constructions:	Not limited to modifications, repair, forming and fabrication of composite structures such as panels, doors, partitions, floor boards, tables.
Upholstery and trims:	9g’s and 16g’s seats and divans upholstery and modifications, paneling, floor coverings, drapery.
Mechanical design and CNC capabilities:	Our in house mechanical design is performed using Solid Works, Autocad, Mastercam, Alphacam and Autodesk inventor. Full range of CNC machines including table router.
Certification and engineering:	Modifications and fabrications are performed in accordance with regulations of the appropriate aviation authority with the required engineering not limited to structures, cabin safety, electrical, interior compliance, systems and equipment.
